The Lot is a boutique textile firm representing brands from all over the world and bringing them to the Southeast. Connecting textile designers with interior designers, we strive to champion extraordinary brands and facilitate effortless access to their beautiful fabrics and wall-coverings. The Lot showcases our lines in a way that’s both inspiring and engaging, while providing the highest caliber customer service to our interior design clients.

With a sales career spent supporting companies in their start-up phase — Garden and Gun, Everything But The House and SB. Sarah Bartholomew to name a few — Britt has always been attracted to the ground floor – where the story begins. And what better story to tell next than one of artisans, designers, and printmakers who are printing their story on cloth and paper? Combining her sales experience with her love of design, Brittney opened the first-story doors of The Lot in January 2020. 

On a personal level (and it’s always personal with Britt), she’s the girl who gets in the car with a regular mug. Coffee stains are a part of her color wheel, Pantone Americano. A young soul who desires old things, she is always on the hunt and has a place among the sifters and thrifters in a quest for lovely vintage and antiquity. Known as a collector, Brittney’s homes have been featured in Southern Living, Architectural Digest, and Better Homes & Gardens.
