How do I set-up a trade account?
Email bforrister@thelotshowroom for a trade application and details!
I’m not a designer, may I purchase fabric through you?
Yes! For those vendors who offer retail pricing, we are happy to facilitate the order for you.
How do I place an order:
To place an order, please send all purchase orders to Brittney directly at bforrister@thelotshowroom.com. Please make sure to include the Ship To address, whether or not you would like to receive or waive a CFA, and the Sidemark. We require payment in full for all orders.
How do I pay:
Our payment terms are listed at the bottom of all proposals and invoices. We accept check payments. For rush orders, please email Britt to discuss payment options.
Lead Times and Stock Checks:
Most of our vendors print to order and the average lead time is 4-6 weeks. While stock is typically limited, we are happy to reach out to the vendors at your request!
Do you offer yardage estimates?
We are unable to offer yardage estimates. That being said, please have your workroom reach out to us with any questions regarding product information.
What is your return policy?
All orders are final sale. Please make sure to double check your requested yardage and pertinent information regarding the product such as content, repeat, etc. before submitting your order.
